Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you received the wrong size, wrong item, or a defective product, we'll exchange it for you — no hassle.
Eligible for Exchange
- ✅ Wrong size received
- ✅ Wrong item delivered
- ✅ Manufacturing defect or print issue
- ✅ Damaged product upon delivery
Not Eligible for Exchange
- ❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- ❌ Items without original tags and packaging
- ❌ Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery
- ❌ Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and a clear photo of the item.
- Our team will review and confirm your exchange within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back to us (or we'll arrange a pickup in select cities).
- Your replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Refund Policy
We currently offer exchanges only — not direct refunds. In exceptional cases (e.g., item out of stock), a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
